Greg Rawson provided a presentation on rsync, which is an open source utility that provides fast incremental file transfers.  In addition to providing a projector to aid in making the presentation more viewable, Martin Fleming provided a demonstration of a practical application using rsync to maintain a collection and backup archive of mp3 files.

The meeting was a great success with two very interesting and useful presentations.  The next meeting will be held on December 31, 2003
